VISION

To provide a wide variety of arts courses that offers students a rigorous standards-based curriculum that prepares them for postsecondary university, conservatory, and arts careers in the 21st Century.

MISSION

Inspire students to engage in meaningful learning in a safe, creative, and nurturing environment.

Challenge students to be critical thinkers and productive members and leaders of the community.

The BCCHS Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Department offers a variety of classes to meet the needs of all of our students. As electives, classes are open to all grade levels unless a pre-requisite is indicated in the course catalogue.
