Lottery Information

Lottery for the 2018-2019 school year will follow the schedule outlined below:

  • Lottery Application Information Day: Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 9:00am-11:30am
  • Lottery Application Window: December 1, 2018-March 29, 2019
  • Public Lottery Date: April 4, 2019 @ 4:00pm in the Performing Arts Center 
  • Window to return registration packet (if selected) Date: April 5, 2019-May 3, 2019. 

Lottery Enrollment applications will only be accepted during the Lottery t Window stated above.  We do NOT accept scanned, faxed, emailed or mailed applications. Applications are available and must be completed in person at the Admissions & Records Office in the Administration Building.  Office hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm except for holidays.  You will receive a duplicate copy of your application as your receipt and proof that your Open Enrollment application has been received and will be included in the Public Lottery.  If your application is selected in the Public Lottery, you will be notified by mail at the address stated in the application and you will receive further enrollment instructions which must be followed in order to complete the Open Enrollment process and reserve a seat for your student for the 2019-20  school year.  Attendance at the Public Lottery is not necessary for selection or acceptance.
