There are a variety of ways Birmingham students can get involved including:

Opportunities will be posted on social media and around campus.

Students who are interested in being involved on campus, joining your Class Senate is right for you!  

Class Senate is a campus club that is conducted by students and mentored by their Grade-Level Academy Lead.  Join if you're interested in developing your leadership skills by organizing and carrying out activities for your graduating class, while also participating in campus-wide school spirit.

Meetings are every Thursday during lunch: 

Class of 2023: Seniors - Ms. Franco - E26
Class of 2024: Juniors - Ms. Young - B75
Class of 2025: Sophomores - Ms. Fitzpatrick - F39
Class of 2026:  Freshman - Mrs. Wydra - F34

If you want to volunteer on campus, please follow these steps.

Step 1: The Human Resources Department receives notification from BCCHS staff member with Admin and/or Manager CC’d in email regarding new volunteer

Step 2: Complete volunteer application (provided by HR)

Step 3: Complete background check and TB clearance (provided by HR)

Step 4: Onboarding Paperwork with HR

Step 5: Ready to start with HR clearance
